Since most of her friends have paired off and started families, Goth music and lifestyle vlogger Nicola Saint-Germain accepts an invitation to spend the holidays on a remote Newfoundland island, documenting an ancient Winter Solstice ritual for her channel. Along with her cameraman, Gabe Valdez, Nic senses there’s something strange taking place in and around the quaint seaside village… and Nic and Gabe might not be the first to fall prey to the locals’ eerie and occult practices.
